The pool area is well-maintained too. Updated room and large bathroom, complimentary breakfast.

Extremely convenient hotel with knowledgeable staff in a warm and polite manner, everything was very good. Good choice of food for breakfast, which was GREAT to satisfy everyone.

It has tastefully decorated and modern rooms to offer with a queen sofa bed, a great view, table for four.

The hotel was clean and had very nice and incredible staff in a warm and polite manner. The location offered was great and incredible right by dining options and shopping options, the bridge to the beach and the large white sandy beaches of Treasure Island.

The room had not so good views.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms at Residence Inn. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, providing us with a great backdrop for enjoying our morning coffee. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was close to various entertainment options. One standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Jess. Her friendly and knowledgeable recommendations made our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and convenient location.

The hotel is situated right on the beach, offering stunning views of the Gulf. The rooms on the second level are updated and very clean, with a balcony overlooking the Gulf, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The breakfast included is a great bonus, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

A nice room with seaview and a balcony, which is a great plus I think. Nice breakfast though on plastic plates and with plastic cutlery. If you want a quiet holiday this is nice.

Be careful on Booked.net they said the 'standard' / first category room has two bathrooms and a livingroom. That's not right. The livingroom is a loungchair and it has only one bathroom. I have talked about this with the manager and they promised to change this. If you want more action, you shouldn't go here, maybe we didn't find the action, but still, there isn't a lot to do around here.

Excellent beachfront location with a pool and two bedroom suite option. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at the bar. Spotlessly clean with a great breakfast. Loved the sweets in the afternoon.

Very comfortable rooms with nice beds and linens, great view (at least from our room, facing east) . Updated bath with walk-in shower. Nice thick towels. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice selection of breakfast options. Beautiful wide beach, and hotel is right next to the "boardwalk", great for biking, jogging or a sunset walk. Pool and hot tub were well-maintained.

Nit-picky stuff: our balcony had no privacy....there was only a four foot transparent divider between us and the balcony next door. You could see right into the room. Considering the rooms have facilities for making meals, a small table/chairs would be nice. Bathroom sink is long and deep but not too much usable space for your "stuff".
